Our story
Six Hearts Compassionate Home Care was born from a deeply personal experience. Our founder witnessed firsthand the challenges families face when a loved one needs in-home care — the worry, the exhaustion, and the importance of finding someone they can truly trust.
That experience inspired a mission: to create a home care agency where every client is treated with compassion, respect, and the same care we would want for our own family.
The name Six Hearts represents the six core values that guide everything we do: Compassion, Dignity, Integrity, Reliability, Joy, and Community.
Today, we are proud to serve families throughout Chester, Delaware, Philadelphia, Montgomery, and Bucks Counties in Pennsylvania. Our commitment is to provide attentive, personalized care that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of the individuals and families we serve.
